This is my latest workout plan! I can sum up a good fitness journey in three words-- strength, grit, and grace. Strength is identifying our weaknesses and making a decision to refine ourselves. Grit is what separates us from everyone else and our old selves. It ain't for everybody. Grace is meeting yourself where you're at instead of where you think you should be. Every journey is a lot easier when we know the truth and seek it before all else. Day by day. In a nutshell, we only have two choices...
Be good or be good at it.
5 active days, 2 rest days per week.
This plan has an ‘at home’ option which substitutes all machines so it can be completed at home or at a gym with limited equipment. You will need closed-loop resistance bands and dumbbells (one lighter set for upper body and and moderate to heavier set for lower body). Link to my Gym Gems Amazon List.
