An 8-week workout program for anyone who wants to keep it cute, keep it movin’, and keep it low-impact.

Y’all, let’s be real: not every workout needs to leave you gasping like you just ran from a bear. Sometimes you just wanna feel strong and like you did somethin’ without having to wring your sports bra out afterward. That’s where Bump and Grind comes in— the low-intensity program that’s beginner-friendly, designed with mamas-to-be in mind (but always get the OK from your doc, darlin’), and 100% judgment-free!

Here’s the tea:
💪 3 strength days – Just you, some light dumbbells, resistance bands, and enough burn to remind you you’re alive (but not enough to ruin your day).
🚶 2 cardio days – Your choice, sugar! Walk the dog, dance in the kitchen, or find your favorite feel-good, low-impact cardio flows.
🧘 1 stretch day – ‘Cause honey, recovery is real, and we stretch those hammies for the mammies!
😴 1 rest day – Mandatory. We don’t skip rest ‘round here.
