This 2-phase plan by NASM-CPT Emma McCoy includes information on how to calculate macronutrients and 12 weeks of workouts broken down day-by-day.

6 active days, 1 rest day.

This plan has an ‘at home’ option which substitutes all machines so it can be completed at home or at a gym with limited equipment.
